1]. Connect both computers with LAN cable.
To share or transfer data between two computers, firstly you have to connect both computer systems with a lane cable, here we will connect two computer systems and share files between them, so that the first computer will be system 1 And say another computer is System 2.
2]. Now go to Network and Sharing Center of System 1 and System 2 and make the settings given below.

Now you have to set the properties for the Ethernet cable, for this you have to double click on the network and sharing center option of system 1, then click on the properties followed by double click on internet protocol version 4 (tcp / ipv4).
4]. Now use the following ip address option.
enter 192.168.1.1 in the ip address column.
Enter 255.255.255.0 in a subnet mask.
Enter 192.168.1.2 at Default Gateway.
enter 8.8.8.8 in prefered DNS server.
Click OK and save the settings.
5]. Now double click on Ethernet of system 2.
Now after setting the settings in system 1, you have to double click on the Ethernet of system 2 to share the file. After that go to properties, double click on internet protocol version 4 (tcp / ipv4) followed by the IP in system 1. Enter the same address as the IP address below and save the settings by clicking ok.
enter 192.168.1.2 in the ip address column.
Enter 255.255.255.0 in a subnet mask.
Enter 192.168.1.1 at Default Gateway.
enter 8.8.8.8 in prefered DNS server.
Click OK and save the settings.
So after doing all these steps, your computer system 1 and system 2 will both be connected to each other, after that you can access both systems in the network drive and you can easily do whatever you want to share the files. For this, you have to go to my computer and click on network, then you will see two computers, which means your computer has been connected to each other, now you can share the file.
6]. Now right click on the files and click on share with.
Now you have to send any file folder photos documents from one computer to another or if you want to share the file, then right click on its folder and then click on share with click on specific people option Now select every option and then click on add, then click on share, your folder will be shared in the network drive, after this, whoever is connected to your computer, the folder of this drive Will be able to use.
So as soon as you click on share, after that your folder will be shared on the network and after that, to access it, go to the network drive and click on the icon of the computer from which the folder is shared and you will get the shared file easily.
3]. Double click on Ethernet of system 1.
