You must have seen whenever you insert a pen drive you will see the Pendrive icon which seems to be boring. So today i will tell how you can change your Pendrive icon. So follow the given steps:
1]. First change the format of the photo.
he most intriguing thing is that you have to edit the photo, for the photo that you want to put on the icon of the pen drive, for that you have to right click on the photo and click on edit, then click on save as and save the photo. You will be shown the format of the image, then you have to save the photo by clicking on the BMP picture. You can name anything, but keep in mind the format of the image is BMP only.
2]. Now open a text file.
If you want to open a text document file, for this you have to right-click and then click on the text document to open the text file. Now you have to write 2-line code in it. First line [autorun], then on the bottom line icon = ms.bmp, ms where you have to write the name of the photo to be found, whatever you named the photo and then click it on the file and click on save as, now save this file by autorun.inf but before that select the save as type all files and save the file.
3]. Now copy both the files to the pen drive.
After creating the photo and text file, now you have to copy both these files inside the pen drive, just after that you have to remove the pen drive and put it back, then your photo icon will be shown on the drive icon of your Pendrive.
If you delete both these files, then the same drive icon will show again as before, so if you have to show a photo on Pendrive, then you should never delete this file, if you want, you can hide those file. So in this this way you can change the icon of the Pendrive.
